"The apartment was really lovely, with good space and amazing views. Check in was difficult. We couldn't get the keys until 4pm, despite notifying of our early arrival on multiple occasions, and going to the office when we did arrive at 10am. "I'll start with the positives. The location is excellent with a very short walk to the nearest ski lift, and the shower was very good - consistent and powerful. The apartment is very small, but we knew that when booking. Now the not so positive - there was some of the linen pack missing when we first arrived, and I was little miffed that this had to be paid seperately - an extra €84. The mattress on the single bed was absolutely worn out and I could feel the wooden slats from the bed digging...

Bars, restos, and shops.If there is anything to say to improve, maybe the bathroom might need some refreshment.Otherwise, all the equipment is in good shape and mostly good marks. "The apartment is in a fantastic location! Looking right out onto the slopes. Two minute walk to bubble lift and ski lifts. Right opposite flat is a great little Spar supermarket, a few doors down from that a fantastic bakery. We ate at the restaurant opposite which was brilliant - Coeur des Neiges and we loved Loop bar which is next to the bakery. "Apartment was a great size for a ski apartment and was perfect for a family of 4 ( 2 teenagers ). The sofa bed was very comfy. Great views from the living room. Plenty of hot water. Nice and quiet. V close to the ski run. Great selection of high quality pots and pans, knives etc which also makes a nice change. Overall, we had a great week in this apartment, would highly recommend and hope to return soon. "

"Karel's home is perfect. Excellent location, walking distance from everything in Tignes city center, and it gets a ton of natural sunlight even in the winter. His apartment was recently renovated so it feels very new and clean. Communication with Karel was excellent - he was very responsive and helpful with our questions. Would recommend Karel's apartment to anyone traveling to Tignes."
