"Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! We took the tour with John of 311 and it was such a fun experience! "

"The room was very nice and comfortable. I like the shampoo,conditioner and Lotion were all on the wall for easy use. The breakfast was good with waffles maker,scrambled eggs,sausage patties. Cereal,yogurt,apple,muffins,biscuits & gravy. Juice’s coffee. The carpet in the halls on the second floor were not real clean. They might be changing it to vinyl like they did on the ground level. We will be staying there again in February. They also allow pets for 20.00. Bed and pillows were comfortable. They also had a small couch in the room. Elevator was great! "

"It looks like they’ve made some attempts to update this older facility. The room was fairly clean and bed comfortable. But the shower floor had been “painted”, and the room felt dated. I would stay here again, but it would be a price thing for sure. "

"Quick and easy check in/out. Indoor pool was small but met our needs. The kids had a blast!"

"We attended for a gymnastics meet across the street at the convention center. Extremely convenient, decent breakfast with to go boxes. Clean and comfortable rooms. Elevators were very slow but it was busy so this was to be expected. Well lit parking."

"Property is well kept and it was nicely decorated for Christmas. It was very closed to attractions. I will definitely recommend to family and friends and stay again if I come back to Chattanooga"
