"The room was overall clean, and it was nice to have a kitchen available. However, there was no door for the washroom, which could be inconvenient when traveling with others. The room didn’t have a hairdryer. It seemed the hotel was converted from an office building. My room didn’t have a window, only glass doors with a curtain, which didn’t feel very private. It’s a functional space, but some design choices might not suit everyone’s needs."

"Our experience has been amazing, really friendly and kind. The room is spacious, perfect for couples and/or family. We enjoyed a lot our stay. Also the position is good with a parking, so you can take public transport easily to visit Brussels."

"This was a return visit to Le Refuge, having stayed there 3 years previously. The owners remembered us and on arrival were offered 'coffee and cake'! This visit was just as memorable as the first with the hosts being the best. The property is superbly located being a short distance from the center of Hasselt. "The property was very dirty and had a horrible beds and did mot have enough blankets and pillows for party of 4 ( our family ) I would not recommend this place to anyone that I know . "

"I like the location of this hotel. Very close to the airport and train station which is underneath the airport complex. I choose this hotel because of the convenient and free airport shuttle.
