"We had 3 lovely nights in The Nook, it was conveniently located close to all amenities. As we had a dog it would have been helpful to know where to take him to do he's business, as the property doesn't have a garden. The kitchen window and door could do with a blind as it would give some privacy, also on the front door window, maybe a little curtain. Could also do with some new towels and bed linen, as they seem a bit worn and dated. These are only minor issues and we would definitely stay...

"A fantastic find for our needs. The owner was exceptionally helpful. Central to the city. Great value for money. We had a great room. However a few things to make it better : 1- the oven/microwave didn’t work even after trying a few times. It needs a master in engineering to make it work. Maybe stick with 2 separate items. 2- Not ideal for light sleepers. Can sadly hear a lot through the walls. 3- although the apartment was clean. I am not too sure the hoover was done. "This is a beautiful quiet cottage finished to a high standard with everything you need for a chilled relaxing holiday.Communication with Ray and Julie was great and the pool was an amazing addition to the cottage.The location is perfect for walking Dovedale 30 mins, Tissington trail 20 mins and the Old Dog Pub which was very welcoming 10 minutes walk.Cannot fault the whole package and would not hesitate to revisit in the future."
