Villa Eric is an 3 bedroom well established villa consisting of a Twin bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor. The two bathrooms have baths with showers. On the ground floor the villa has a spacious lounge with a separate fully fitted kitchen. The lounge has pool with roman steps and terrace views over the surrounding area. The pool will be heated during winter months (Nov to April). The villa is equipped with satellite TV (limited channels), WIFI, Alarm, full oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine , dishwasher, cot, highchair and safe for valuables.

Wonderful Stay
We had a lovely time at Villa Eric. The villa was clean and well set up! With some newer sun beds than those in the pictures! We had a minor issue with the freezer but the host was straight on it and brought a mini replacement, so very impressed with that! Great location too! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

The villa is in a great location, near to supermarket, beaches , bars/restaurants and harbour area. Outside pool area is lovely and main bedroom has a lovely little balcony with a view of the sea. Villa has a washing machine and a shopping trolley which we found very useful. The villa would benefit from air conditioning as although there were fans in the villa it was very warm at night .There was a problem with the fridge freezer and although a service engineer came out to try and fix it remained temperamental for the rest of our stay. Overall though , we were here with a group of friends and enjoyed our stay at the villa

Wonderful stay at Villa Eric - very clean Villa and excellent size Pool. I would probably pay for pool heating next time as it was a bit cool but Ok once you were in. Small glass breakage dealt with very quickly ( our fault ) with only a small charge from the maintenance company. Overall a brilliant family Holiday and we will definitely book Villa Eric again.

Nice villa, good kitchen and tv reception, swimming pool is clean. Also with private parking. Beach is a 10 minutes walk (can see the sea from balcony of bedroom) shops bars and restaurant nearby, perfect place to start your Lanzarote adventure.

Lovely villa in a quiet residential area, perfect size for the amount of people. Swimming pool was used numerous times daily, whilst at the villa we spent all our time outside. Would recommend and stay again.

What a great wee find! The whole villa seems to have had a makeover since the photos were taken as they dont do it justice! Booking, check-in and check out were all very simple. I would definitely recommend!

The villa is in a quiet and private location not overlooked. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and 15 minutes to the restaurants and bars. We would stay here again 10/10

The pool was well maintained and lovely to cool down in on those hot sunny days. The villa is in a prime location near shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is very spacious and has everything you need for a home from home experience.

We have given our stay 5 stars. The villa was well equipped, the pool was amazing and the location was good. We had a maintenance issue which was put right really quickly. We would definitely return in the future.
