Situated in the ideal location of the Fariones area of Puerto Del Carmen,our apartment offers an oasis of peace and tranquility and yet there is a direct access to the towns main Avenida,where you will find restaurants and bars which offer local and international cuisine.There is something for everyone.
The old town is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment.This area is very popular for its local atmosphere.
The apartment has a south facing private balcony with views over the ocean and is a beautiful place to relax.
The complex in which the apartment is situated is small and well run.
The gardens are well tendered and the swimming pool is pristine and each apartment has its own sun loungers

Couldn't fault this place - location is perfect and view from the apartment is wonderful. Balcony gets the sun all day long and is very private. Overall this place is great!

First class apartment
Lovely light and airy apartment with modern, well finished decor. Well laid out with everything you would need. The apartment is convenient for all the bars and restaurants with only a short walk to the old town and across the road from the beach. The sea view from the large balcony is lovely. Despite the bars below we had no problem with noise. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

We had very relaxing days with a great sea view in a modern and calm appartment! Also the Service was quick and friendly! We had a minute to go to different shops, restaurants and bars and 2 minutes to go to the beach. Ist was perfect for us! Thank you very much!

Excellent location to beach and shops lots of restaurants nearby spoilt for choice
Nice property no hairdryer as listed so had to go and buy one for €15 euros would have brought my own if I knew. Only air con unit in the lounge not in the bedroom hard to sleep and you have to pay for it.

Everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Delightful balcony - perfect for breakfast. A really comfortable bed - not always easy to find in a holiday rental. All the equipment you could need including washing machine. Great TV - more channels than I've seen before! Location - great for beach: husband swam every morning / late afternoon. Thanks for beach towels! Loads of eating / drinking restaurants/bars. We really liked the Barbacoa San Miguel & Mexican Cantina. Thank you!

A wonderful haven and surroundings
Evrything went so smoothly. Anything that we required or needed we only had to lift the phone to Dean the Manager of the property who provide advice etc. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained. The Balcony looked out to the sea front (beaufiful views). The pool area was well kept and we liked the way it was gated. Sehr gutes Apartment, sehr gute Lage
Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Leider klappte die Zusendung der Codes vorab nicht, aber die Kommunikation klappte reibungslos und nach kürzester Zeit waren wir bereits im Apartment. Die Lage hat sich als überragend gezeigt: man ist zwar mitten in der belebten Zone mit Restaurants, Straße und Strand, bekommt aber nichts Negatives mit: auf der Terrasse sieht und hört man lediglich den Ozean und die Papageien in den Palmen. Sowohl die gesamte Anlage als auch unser Apartment waren in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand, in dem Apartment vermissten wir nichts.

Well located apartment in quiet complex
