LOCATION
The villa is located approx.:-
5 mins by car to the bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen and the beach (Playa Chica next to the Fariones Hotel)
2 mins by car to to the local 18 hole golf course so the villa is an ideal base for keen golfers
9 mins by car to the upmarket marina of Puerto Calero
6 mins by car to the airport

A short walk from the villa into the village of Tias where there are tapa bars, shops, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, bakers, farmacias, doctors, big supermarket, petrol station, freezer shop, dentists, takeaway food shops, etc....

There is a small local bus from the village of Tias which runs on a regular basis to the old village of Puerto del Carmen and then back up to Tias.

Lidl ( on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen) is open 7 days a week, and is 3 mins by car away from the villa. The local bus also passes by Lidl.

Mercadona in Puerto del Carmen is approx 5 mins from the villa.
Both supermarkets sell a variety of fresh fruit and veg, duty free goodies, meat, fish, charcoal for the bbq, etc....

The villa is situated in a prime location for keen walkers. There are several excellent walking trails close by.

Located up a private passageway away from the road making it a haven of peace and tranquility and very private.
There is ample roadside parking if you have a hire car.

Fantastic villa and excellent hosts
This villa had everything you could need, and more. The hosts were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble and they were always contactable. I would highly recommend this villa to anybody wanting a quiet relaxing holiday, in a place that really is a home from home.

Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Hosts
Totally THE best villa we have stayed in, very well maintained and very well equipped, absolutely everything you could possibly need for a fantastic “home from home” holiday. Adrian and Hazel are superb hosts, made us feel extremely welcome - we arrived in the evening and there was a “bumper welcome pack” a very nice and welcome surprise. The villa is very peaceful and private, with spectacular sea views! Supermarket, bars, cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walk and great bus service that takes you straight in to PDC. Great outdoor space, plenty of seating options, sun/shade and a super pool which was used every day. Thank you so much Adrian and Hazel, we will most definitely be back!

Amazing Tias Villa
Over last 3 years we have booked this villa and due to Covid had to cancel twice. Adrian an Hazel are professional and extremely helpful. Reply within the day any questions asked. Villa is what it states on the tin - first class . Everything you need and more. Welcome pack a god send on arrival. Fantastic time there and one of the best we have booked.I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Lanzarote. Near the airport but no noise and close to shops and various restaurants to enjoy in the village. Thank you Adrian and Hazel once again - Best hosts ever only a call away if needed x

A great holiday home in a quiet village location
best equipped holiday home we have ever stayed in and very comfortable. Beautiful pool area, stunning views, great welcome pack and just a 300m walk to a great bakery and a little further to supermarket and restaurants. Short drive (6km) to the coast. Hazel and Adrian, the owners were absolutely fab from booking to leaving. So sad to leave, we will return!

The most comfortable well equipped Villa, great quiet location, short 5 min walk to bars & well stocked supermarket. We didn’t bother with a car and taxi was €12 from airport, and only about €6 to main resort. Hosts were very helpful before and during stay. Fantastic welcome pack. Pool was lovely, pool towels and lounger cushions an added bonus. Every detail covered, sewing kit, bottle stops, games, loads of books, We will be back.

Lovely villa in stunning location. The beautiful home is exactly as described. It is very well equipped and Hazel and Adrian are lovely hosts. It has everything that you need for a relaxing stay. The food package is an added bonus which is very generous. Situated in a beautiful town with plenty of amenities and easy access to them. Nice clean, well equipped property that's 'home from home'. Good value for money and close to all amenities by foot and only a few minutes in the car to PDC and the airport. Would happily recommend the villa and the hosts who were very welcoming .

A fantastic villa with everything you need
This villa has everything you need. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, pool, very well stocked kitchen, plenty of space and seating, great location and very comfortable. We had the best, most relaxing time here and would definitely stay again when in Lanzarote. Tias is great. A small, nice, away from the "tourists", with easy access to the whole island. We enjoyed two restaurants in Tias, plus a great bakery and the supermarket is excellent. A taxi to PDC is less than 10 euros - so you have the best of both worlds. The owners are great; attentive, warm, friendly, and very relaxed. We felt at home and genuinely thought if we needed anything they would be there. The apartment was super clean and to reiterate, we could not think of a single thing it was lacking. Genuinely nothing negative to say. Brilliant and a genuine 5 stars. Thank you Adrian and Hazel.

Very clean, great pool, and fantastic views.
Stayed for two weeks in August ..on arrival Hazel and Adrian had left us a great welcome pack which we were gratefull as we arrived late in the evening. We loved our stay in the villa and the village of tias has everything you need for a relaxing holiday . Also hazel looks after the inside of the villa her self and Adrian looks after the pool so it all gets done properly 👍👌👌👌

Superbly equipped villa
We love Lanzarote as a holiday destination and have visited for many years. We have stayed in villas all over the island but Adriana had everything you could wish for in a holiday home, all of a high standard and beautifully maintained. Congratulations Adrian on keeping the pool in such good order, worth all your effort! When you install the planned heating you might also tempt my better half to go in! I thought it was superb just as it is. Thank-you Hazel for the very generous and extensive welcome pack which was much appreciated and the standard of cleanliness and comfort throughout. We would hope to return in the not too distant future. Hope the cat is well!

Lovely villa
The villa was well equipped and very clean-Hazel cleans it herself and it shows! Lovely view towards the sea. There was a great welcome pack when we arrived which we were grateful for as we arrived a day late due to weather and were feeling somewhat tired The bed was very comfortable and loads of towels- so often restricted to a couple of tiny towels. Kitchen was well equipped and once Hazel explained how to use it the stove worked well. Internet was good and for most of the time so was the internet tv. Tías is a lovely compact area. The local Hiperdino served most of our needs. Fresh fish from P Blanca or PD Carmen. Hazel and Adrian were always ready to help with any queries and popped in on the second day to make sure we had everything we needed.
