"Such an amazing experience at this hotel, not only is the staff incredibly kind and attentive they are also so thoughtful. We stayed for our honeymoon in the pool villa, and on the first night we came in they gave us a call in the morning to see if we’d like to have breakfast even after breakfast hours were over since we hadn’t eaten. "I have knee problems and had to climb so many steps to get to restaurants. Don’t recommend if you are wheelchair or crutches bound since there’s no lift. Loved the surrounding which was quiet and peaceful walking through the jungle was safe. Best for relaxation and out of busy city life"

"Fourth trip to Bali, second stay at Puri Bagus. Returned for many reasons. Candidasa is away from the crazy crowds. Beautiful setting. Staff is wonderful. Easy access to activities. My other stays have been at yoga lodges. While they were nice, they were isolated. To visit another restaurant required hiring a driver. At Puri Bagus it’s an easy walk to Candidasa where there are restaurants, shops, ATMs and other services. Grounds are well kept. Patios are a nice place to relax...

"We stayed in the villa for 5 days. We were impressed and delighted at every turn. The staff was incredible and able to help arrange for all your needs. This location is beautiful. We did not have a car, but the staff was able to get us a driver for all our excursions and provided us with local take out and delivery options. We enjoyed every moment. From the fresh breakfast and in house massages And everything in between no needs were left unmet"

"We stayed here one night, to catch fast ferry in morning. I was pleasantly surprised with this hidden gem. Doesn’t look like much for the street but once you walk inside I was impressed. Their pools were beautiful. Great location to catch morning fast ferry only one mo tie walk! "

"The property is beautifully tucked within the village with the ocean at our doorstep! We were greeted with by the friendly staff and a welcome drink. The food was fabulous! The Chef came out and chatted with us. He was warm and friendly, like the entire team. The rooms were unique with the bamboo impressed architecture with mountain and ocean views. It was the peaceful escape we had hoped for. The drive there was complete sensory overload in the most delightful way, lush foliage bursting with village life throughout our 3.5 hour drive. It was a fantastic first impression of Bali for us!"
