"We both thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were well laid out and tastefully decorated. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind at the end of each day. We enjoyed feeding the peacocks and managed to take some fantastic photos of them. The only thing that we missed was a dishwasher, as this was advertised but not there. Although there was a washing machine which was not mentioned! Would be happy to return if we plan to visit Suffolk again. Overall, a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable place...

"Property was beautifully presented, all the kitchen equipment needed for some basic cooking, host very helpful. Out of town but plenty of takeaway options and two local pubs in easy walking distance. Great place to explore Suffolk with easy connection to the A14."

"This is a lovely property which was ideally located for our visit to family. We were met by the proprietor when we arrived and the property was lovely and clean, however, we found the bed a bit uncomfortable as we tended to roll together in the middle."

"The little flat was spot on . The owner was on the end of the phone if u needed to ask any questions. The small town of Bury St Edmunds is beautiful. They had a great little market . And we visited the smallest pub in Britain The people were very polite and friendly. We have family there . So we will be visiting more frequently . Thanks great host."

"The Tryst is a lovely property, so convenient in the heart of Lavenham and although there is no designated parking, we didn't have any trouble parking outside although of course it is early in the season. The Aga is great and keeps the kitchen warm day and night. There is a constant supply of hot water, very comfortable beds and superb bedlinen. Being Grade I Listed, it took a while to navigate the slopes on the floors and although my partner and I are early seventies and fairly fit, I think...

"Nice clean ideal spot as we didn't have a car. So we walked into town and to my families homes just out of town.Not the most clean but that's okay and my 2 year old found a pill on the bedside table luckily she didn't try to eat it! So maybe cleaner could be more thorough. Only one log to use for the fire so we had to buy more but no biggie. otherwise a good stay. Would recommend "

"Such a shame that the outside and entrance to this flat is so dirty & grubby. The pile of dumped rubbish outside was not good either. The entrance & stairway is very grubby & smells damp. Needs a good clean & paint. The flat could be lovely if did not smell damp. Also you charge £30 extra for cleaning?? We had to Hoover behind the beds as cobwebs also false nails! We had to Hoover round windows as full of cobwebs & spiders. Could not use any units in bedroom as full up with bedding &/or were...
