"Such a shame that the outside and entrance to this flat is so dirty & grubby. The pile of dumped rubbish outside was not good either. The entrance & stairway is very grubby & smells damp. Needs a good clean & paint. The flat could be lovely if did not smell damp. Also you charge £30 extra for cleaning?? We had to Hoover behind the beds as cobwebs also false nails! "the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. "

"Donna was a great host! Responded very quickly, and the check-in instructions were very detailed and helpful. "We stayed at the cottage for the weekend. The property was really welcoming and spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen. Probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in with good quality bedding. A real joy to spend time here. Although we stayed at the beginning of October there is a lovely summerhouse and a nice garden area. The village is lovely with the church literally right on the doorstep."

"The little flat was spot on . The owner was on the end of the phone if u needed to ask any questions. The small town of Bury St Edmunds is beautiful. They had a great little market .
