"The location was great near a park and the main shopping area. Overall the house was good for a family to stay but some of the kitchen dishes and bedding/towels were not clean. The house also wasn’t equipped with disposables - no extra toilet paper, no paper towel, no extra kitchen garbage bags."

"We spent 4 nights, 11 people including children. The house is amazing, had everything we needed. The pool was great fun and a highlight of our stay. Close to town for pubs and shops, as well as nature walks. A wonderful place to spend time with loved ones in a special location away from the hustle and bustle."

"It had it all! Great 3 bedroom home in perfect, quiet location. Stayed in neighborhood for work with 2 other colleagues and we really enjoyed the home. Private bed & bath for each of us and a great kitchen to meet and unwind post work. House was clean and well equipped. The 5 minute walk up the path brought you to a grocery store and several restaurants. Eat at The Ivy!!"

"Check-in was easy, but things went downhill quickly, the neighborhood was not great, the entry way to the house was littered with trash from overflowing garbage cans and cigarette butts all over the back yard and deck. The interior was cleaner but not great. The house amenities were very limited, ex no coffee maker, 1 useable pan, no spatula etc, etc. The host did respond and had someone come and clean up the trash."

"We stayed at the Pool House only last week, and had a lovely time. There were 3 reasonably sized double bedrooms all with en-suite which was a real plus. The pool was large and well-used over the week! It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, yet within a 200 yard walk, you were in the town of Petworth. The coast is within easy reach, our favourite destination being Littlehampton which we really enjoyed. There were a few gripes (the TV could be larger, you have to walk through the...

"Property was not ready on arrival, bed not made, heating not turned on, no clean towels, bins not emptied, the electric gate entrance was hard to read in the dark as keypad was very worn, there's no lights at the entrance gates to help you see, the property is a little tired and in need of updating, the owners contact number is not correct so overall a disappointing stay, will we return for a third, no. Sorry Alison but we can't give you a good feedback. "

Made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a fabulous one. We were a group of 6 ladies and found there to be plenty of room. Highly recommended."
