"This is a fantastic property in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes drive from Wakefield and about 30 minutes from York or Harrogate. The cottage is very well equipped and has everything you need for a great stay. Clean and modern inside ample parking and great views."

"Accommodation was clean, comfortable, within close walking distance to a few eateries and shops, and near Peak District favorites such as Chatsworth House and Bakewell. The children especially enjoyed the playground just across from the back garden. Our only disappointment was that the listing said there was a hot tub, but that must have been an error. All in all a great stay!"

The hot tub was clean and warm and the house felt very comfortable in general, being well stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies, games, towels, and bedding. I thought it was adorable and a cozy stay for a few days. I would definitely go back to explore the local area and hiking more. "

"We had a lovely few days at Martha's cottage. The place is really comfortable and was very clean The views particularly from the attic room are fabulous.The cottage is very well equipped and lacked nothing. Thank you for the tea !The extra shower room was a real bonus.We did lots of great dog walks from the doorstep and a short drive in to holmfirth.Overall a really relaxing comfortable few days and would love to visit again.Thanks Marie and Dan "

"Excellent location, tidy and clean. Parking takes a bit of working out and more advice beforehand would have helped. Comfy bed and great facilities in the studio. The heater was a bit awkward having only 2 settings, off and volcano. There was no way to adjust because the controls were locked. All in all an excellent choice once you've worked out the virtual front desk. If you are booking with Expedia check all the emails for your entrance code.
