"The property is at the heart of old quarter of Hanoi city which was the best thing, plenty of shopping and eating places nearby. However, the room was a but small and the lights were very dim in the room which was problematic. The staff were friendly and the checkin was smooth. Overall a nice stay at a good location."

"Comfortable hotel that is located not too far from the tourist attractions in Old Quarters but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The rooms I had were well insulated from the street noise. Unfortunately the last evening was marred by very early morning renovation works (knocking and drilling from building next door). Nothing that the hotel could do. Staff were very friendly and helpful plus conversant in English. Breakfast we very good with both buffet and ala carte choices. "

"The property is near a lake which was the best thing. It has all the required amenities many advance facilities like game room, golf area and wide area pool near to the lake. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was fulfilling. The staff were really helpful and kind. If you need a good property near the west lake in Vietnam, this is the place."

"The best hotel in the old quarter perfectly located lakeside. Fantastic property and staff. If you want the buzz of the old quarter, this is a tranquil oasis from which to enjoy it. If we return and stay in the old quarter we would definitely stay here again; but I suspect we’ll try the French quarter. "
