"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home...

"Not accurately portrayed in the photos at all. Very dirty, stains on carpets, floors, ceilings, mirrors, windows. Washing machine leaking onto kitchen floor, broken showers, wardrobes broken. Over all very un kept, dirty and shabby. We most definitely will not be coming here again. No care taken at all."

"I recently stayed at this house with friends and family. In total, we were 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 1-15 years old. It is a very big and comfortable house. It is in need of some TLC, the decoration is old but that is shown in the photos and reflected in the price. "It was advertised that this was an 8 minute walk to the tube station when in actuality it was 30 minutes. That was our main criteria for choosing this VRBO. The owner was a nice man. Suggestions I have are to install some mirrors near where outlets are located so hair can be done easier and replace toaster that does not work. "We really enjoyed our stay, the wood fired hot tub worked surprisingly well and was quite quick, the kitchen was well stocked with pots pans utensils etc. There was a dehumidifier to control the moisture and it really helped dry our swimwear. The adirondack chairs in the morning sun were great for breakfast and the internet was very fast. Bathroom was bit small for two tall people but c'est la vie, the shower was surprisingly great 👍"

"We had to book at the last minute due to an emergency family vist in the area,Tracey who greeted us on a late arrival was very friendly and went out of her way to get us some food as the kitchen was closed when we arrived,it was much appreciated.lovely grounds to sit in on the outside and in.we had a dinner the next evening at Mickys dinner just 10 min up the road wich was recommended to us,nice friendly staff and nice food."
