"Loved the neighborhood- a fox greeted us on arrival and deer visited the property throughout our stay. The wood stove made our small thanksgiving getaway super cozy. "

"The property was great, and very clean. We were given clear instructions on where the house was located on the street, and where to avoid parking. The location was good from Three Oaks and downtown New Buffalo, and we were able to get an Uber. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! "

"This is such a cute little cabin with your basic essentials supplied. It is very secluded and peaceful, but just a short drive into town. The owner is extremely propmt at responding, and does meet you on site with a key."

"4 nights of peace and serenity. We were lucky enough to have rain every night. The kids loved their lofted area for TV and games while us old people (parents) hung out in the spacious living space, reading and listening to nature. Our dog enjoyed the smells of the trees and abundant squirrels! My son learned to fish and my daughter learned she won’t touch worms. It was a remarkable 5 days as a getaway from the normal grind. Will be returning. :)"

"Perfect location to get to all the places we like in New Buffalo, Three Oaks, Union Pier, Sawyer, and Baroda. Wooded retreat provided quiet nights and great scenery, including wildlife. Plenty of beds, baths, and room for our large family vacation. Lots of activities to do at the house for adults and kids. Nice, big kitchen for the times we had meals at the house. "

"I needed some time away from life, a patch of quiet ground and some solitude to really get re-grounded and recharged. I found it here. The host gave a friendly wave as I drove back to my little cottage. She was available as needed but left me to my own peace and quiet given that my stay went off without a hitch. "A no frills lake house experience. We enjoyed most of our trip at the beach and surrounding attractions. There were beach items available for use which was helpful. This is a quiet area (except the house next door was under construction with workers daily during our time). Nevertheless we enjoyed our time."

"We needed a second house for an expanding family. This was down the street from the larger house and worked very well. One thought- the headspace between the bunk beds is not large enough for adults to sleep there. "
