"I had 3 pieces of luggage and am disabled. I don't use a wheelchair. Friends came with me and took my luggage to the entance of the hotel, a significant walk, maybe 30 yards or more? There are thick short cement posts that can drop down but that must be prearranged. I imagine that they are for security. I've never encountered that prior and am grateful that my friends were there to assist me."

"The staff were so lovely and helpful, the places was beautiful and clean. Loved the art work on the walls. So close to the airport but you couldn’t hear the planes overhead. And they had AC which was amazing!! Thank you for a great service!!!"
