"The room was excellent with a surprising amount of space, clean and all the usual amenities you'd need. It was nice and quiet as it could be considering the adjacent road. Both dinner options in the pub and breakfast in the restaurant on the other side were delicious with plenty of choice. At every stage the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. "The hosts and staff at this hotel were always helpful and welcoming. At the time of our stay they were putting in new radiators but ensured that we had an electric heater in our room to keep it warm. Room was comfortable and modern. The food in the restaurant was amazing and would highly recommend eating there. Good choice of food for breakfast and hot breakfast was cooked to order. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Excellent value for money. "

"We had room 605, it was very big with a big bathroom and jacuzzi style bath. Radiator wasnt working but there was a heater on the wall which we needed to turn up as it was cold, once it kicked in the room was toasty. Bed was very comfortable and huge, super king I'd guess. Pool was lovely, as was jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were not hot enough, that was my only negative comment about my stay."

"Nice property. Nice rooms, good location, great bar and restaurant. The young lady who checked us in was particularly helpful but everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Best hotel I've stayed in, in Lincoln so far and there has been many."
