"We stayed in Hebble for two nights. The room was lovely with high quality fixtures and fittings. The shower in particular was excellent. The staff throughout the pub were consistently friendly and helpful. There were just two issues: 1. When we got back to our room at 5pm after our first night we found that the room had not been cleaned / made up. "Stayed in the family room which was great, spacious, more than just one big room and with a huge bathroom ( photos attached ). Nice little touches in the room such as bottled water, biscuits, etc. A bonus that we were able to take our dog. Everything in the hotel was well thought out. "My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal.
