"Have to use your room card to call lift on ground floor-good for security but a bit of a faff. Bedroom and bathroom were clean but note on thermostat said filter needed changing and it looked black. I didn't need towels or bed changing but think rooms could be checked to see if milk and teabags etc need topping up. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of cereals, fruit, cheese, ham. Bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and hash browns were hot and replenished quickly unlike alot of places"

"Leonardo Piccadilly is our “ go to “ hotel for our regular visits to see MCFC @ The Etihad , which is a short 20/25 mins walk away . Hotel is always clean , friendly and all staff are polite and helpful . Acting Reception Manager ( Dale ) was excellent on our recent stay when dealing with a room query All rooms are fully functional with comfortable beds . Bar is good value as is the food , with morning breakfast being varied between continental / English fry up . Would fully recommend this...

"Exceeded all expectations- beautiful property, cosy room, excellent amenities and a very nice breakfast. Bed was comfy and blackout curtains ensured we had a very pleasant sleep. Staff were super helpful, very friendly and we breezed through our check-in in about 5 mins. It took us about 10/15 mins to walk into the city centre, so location is also great. I want to make a note of saying I stayed here with a friend, and as 2 young, female travellers, we never once felt unsafe/scared/threatened...
