"A very well appointed house and annexe which suited admirably the 15 members of our family. The only issue was with leaks in the two showers in the annexe which were not sorted in the course of our stay. We would like to have had a broom available to us for use - not a significant problem in the scheme of things. Would be happy to return especially if the sun continued to shine."

"Captains cottage was a perfect home from home break. Its perfect for a chilled out time with lovely walks to a deserted beach from the gate. Massively dog friendly area and a great old Inn right next door. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon."

"The cottage was good value for money compared to other similar properties nearby and it’s in a great location. It was warm and comfortable and spacious enough for 2 of us with the dog. The decor and furniture are a bit dated but the Wi-Fi, tv and kitchen appliances were fine for us. Overall if you’re looking for somewhere suitable for a couple/family and dog, close to the beach, pubs and the deli for a decent price and you’re not fussed about a dated interior then this is for you."
