"The hotel was lovely and in a great location within short walking distance of the train station and other transport links. the shops, restaurants and the lake. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the toilet because it did not have a sink and we found it inconvenient having to use the bathroom to wash our hands especially in the middle of the night but I think that it is quite common for toilets in Switzerland not to have a sink. However, I would recommend that the hotel leave some hand gel in the toilet. Also the gym was smaller than it looked in the picture e.g. 1 cross trainer and 2 treadmills 2 bikes and a few weights. However, the spa was lovely. "

"The Pelican is relaxed and luxurious. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains, a very comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. The breakfast was very good and provided good options for my dairy intolerance. The outdoor pool with spa jets is a real highlight!"
