"Altogether I enjoyed the stay at the Plug. It’s a tiny boutique hotel with a lot of care for modern, sophisticated interior design, which made it pleasant. The hotel surroundings are nothing to write home about, but felt safe and walkable. It’s an older commercial area. The room was nice and comfortable except for clogged shower drain. Bathroom is basic. They offer what seemed like a nice breakfast which I didn’t take advantage of. Breakfast is served in the adjacent property owned nice cafe’. Front desk team was very friendly and helpful although some don’t speak English. I felt I got a very good value for the cost. Probably best caters to local tourism."

"The proterty is OK. Not good. Not bad. Given the low price, I can't say much. The room was clean. The location is so-so. (But, to be fair, there isn't a "central" location in NST. So the hotel is as good as any.) As other reviewers have mentioned, the "breakfast" is cheap bread that you can toast. They provide 6 bright colors of sugar gel you can put on your toast. There were also some stale cookies. The place was fine - all things considered. Just nothing special. "
