"My friend and I had a lovely stay! The tent was clean and as expected. My only complaint is how close it is to the railroad tracks. I was woken up in the middle of the night to a train horn that sounded like it was about to blaze through the tent. Although, my friend wasn’t woken up because he is a heavy sleeper. If you’re staying in the colder months, I recommend a space heater. Also, if you’ve never slept on a cot before, definitely bring something for cushioning. "

"The house was great, very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Not too far from Moab. Easy to find. We had no communication with property manager.The only problem: when the power was out we needed to call the emergency phone to find out what was going on. Nobody answered that phone. Nobody that I talked to had any luck with that phone number either. Luckily we had lots of extra blankets in our little trailer. Otherwise we would have spent a very cold night. We found out later that the power was out...
