"The property is very nice.The advertised sleeping accommodation (12) was a little misleading. There was a futon in the basement but the living room couch does not make out to a sleeper. "

"This place was great. Close to downtown. Owners were very responsive and very pleasant. Had no problems at all and really enjoyed our stay. Great experience."

"The house is huge and beautifully accommodated our large group. There are trundle beds plus the primary bed in two rooms that provided beds for everyone. The deck has a beautiful territorial view. Entrance was a piece of cake with the lockbox. The place is very private."

" Eric and Amy have truly outdone themselves with the remodel of this stunning 100-year-old house! The home is centrally located, making it easy to explore everything in town. We stayed during the winter and had an amazing time skiing at Lookout Mountain. The house is impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need. The linens on the beds were soft and cozy, and the towels were top-notch. The decor is simply fabulous, blending charm and comfort perfectly. Our family enjoyed...

"Very well labeled, and one of the best appointed kitchens ever. Only gripe is the bedroom photos look so similar that it wasn't obvious if the futon was the 4th bed. There are indeed 4 distinct bedrooms and the listing is accurate, and not their fault we have trust issues from past rentals!Master bed is also very, very firm so don't be afraid to Goldilocks around the other beds if you are a side sleeper ."
