"A very inviting farm house with a warm feel. The communication with the host was some of the best I have had - thanks Tyler. Home is clean, well stocked Kitchen, nice seating area. Bedrooms were plentiful. I would say a few of the beds were soft (I prefer firm beds - personal preference) but overall I would highly recommend this for a family stay."

"This place was gorgeous, super clean and well-kept! Our family stayed here for a few nights as a stop on our way to Sandbanks Beach. Perfect location with all the ammenities/grocery stores. There is even a nice playground within walking distance! "

"County life near the water can throw you some curve balls especially in January. There were some events during the stay but the team supporting the property all did their best to address the issues that arose.The place is really cute, and the views are fantastic. The bed and linens were great. I would go back. The place is showing some wear due to the craftsmanship of the renovations."

"They advertise that the house sleeps 15 and it does. We were 12 and it was great. We were amazed with the large supply of dishes and glasses. There was also a good supply of staples such as coffee, sugar, oil and more for cooking. Lots of room to relax indoors and outdoors"

"Very spacious. Lots of room for six adults and three children. The fenced back yard was great as we had a toddler with us. We even saw a pair of swans with their young passing by on the river. Groceries were available close by if we needed anything. We all agreed we had a great time. Would recommend it for families."

"Wonderfully situated! Stores, restaurants, parks, winery.. .all near by. Sandbanks beaches 25-30 min drive - wellworth it! Beautiful lake views , house has plenty of room and beautiful spacious, renovated kitchen. Loved the spacious deck as well. We were a family of eight. Had enough rooms and bathrooms for all! The property is located close to gas stations, and about 10 minutes drive to the parks and other activities in town. The host was responsive to questions."

"Belleville is a really nice town. This place was not far from the main street. We spent two nights in this house and it met all our needs. Plenty of space and very tidy looks brand new. I would stay there again if in that area. "

"We had an amazing time here for a mini-family reunion. The hosts seemed to think of everything and were very kind and easy to communicate with and quick with their responses. We stayed there over the holidays and loved that there was even a Christmas tree and some garland to enjoy - so thoughtful! We cooked together, did puzzles, played games, enjoyed hot chocolate by the fireplace - it was great!"
