We were particularly grateful for their willingness to store some of our luggage even after we had checked out, which was a huge convenience for us. The rooms themselves were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The reception staff were also outstanding. Even after what seemed to be their closing time, they were still available and happy to assist us with our luggages. The location of the Traxx Hotel is absolutely perfect. Being situated just outside Bangor station, it was incredibly easy to find and access – you can literally see the hotel from the station! This made our arrival and departure completely stress-free. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the Traxx Hotel. The helpful staff, clean rooms, and unbeatable location make it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Bangor. We would definitely recommend it and will certainly consider staying here again on future trips. "

"The property was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were visiting zip world and the property was in a perfect location with only a 15 minute drive to Zip World. The communal areas were more than big enough to accommodate our large family and the beds were comfortable. "

"We booked Eryl Mor for our Mothers 75th birthday. There were 14 of us in total and we were really excited to see the house. Well it didn't disappoint. The house is beautifully decorated and looked after, there were some lovely complimentary gifts, it was very clean and there was a decorated Christmas tree that was lit when we arrived. We loved every minute and our Mother found the view of the Menai from her room really quite amazing. The ladies at Boltholes and Hideaways couldn't have been more helpful it was an amazing experience from start to finish. We will be back "
