"This 'cosy' 4 bed is in a great location, and is perfectly comfortable and well furnished. Our biggest frustration was with Gael the owner. €190 worth of extra costs, were not detailed until after our booking, and the host threatened to cancel if we didn't pay them. "Great place - about 10 mins walk to the lift. We hired our skis etc from a place by the lift and left them there. There a car parking space at the flat. The flat itself is small. Three biggish guys it was cosy but completely adequate, and cleverly laid out with everything that is needed. Perfect if you’re only sleeping there and having breakfast. It’s all newly done inside, great hot shower, comfy beds, linen provided, cosy and warm. We had an issue that required contacting the caretaker, who...

"A well maintained, 2nd floor property, on the edge of Les Gets. All amenities are within a short walking, yet located in a quiet area of the town. Property was introduced to us by one of the concierge team, who ensured everything was to our satisfaction prior to leaving. Well laid out apartment with WC and shower rooms located next to each of the bedrooms, the double on the lower floor and the twin room on the mezzanine. Lovely view from the living area window/balcony."

Things started poorly with the check in process. We drove to Avoriaz from the UK and based our arrival time on the check-in times given to us for the booking. On calling the owners concierge to inform him we were around 1 hour away, we were told the property would not be ready until 3...

"The apartment has everything you need for a week skiing as a family with young children, it’s small but well organized and very well equipped. However its major advantage is the location. It’s right there in the middle of the station, literally in front of the Carrefour and next to a wide range of shops and restaurants and a very short ski slide to the teleski to take you to the main ski areas. Communication with Cedric/Sandra was excellent. We would return for sure."
