"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

"The host were very helpful and beyond kind, just amazing genuine people! Property is convenient for visiting Chantilly and Senlis as it is located in a quiet village right in the middle. Breakfast is simple, good for short stay but pretty much the same every morning so could get boring. Everything was clean and seemed fairly new. The only thing I didn’t like was the black mold in the shower…but the hosts seem to be the type of people who will take care of that after seeing this, so probably will...

"Extremely quiet area, very comfortable bed. The bathroom door is made of glass with no privacy which is a little weird, a small curtain would be an easy adition.Bread and viennoiserie for breakfast seemed day old, but having a kitchen with a microwave and toaster helped. The owners had shared they wouldn't be available in the morning for personal reasons it was nice to be able to make more coffee ourselves."

"I had the pleasure of staying at Villa des Iris at the beginning of December. For the first time after several months of traveling, I unfortunately, made a mistake in my dates and arrived unannounced and unexpected. That said, Jack and his wife were so welcoming and kind and accommodated me for 2 (vs the originally booked 1 night). I was the only one staying in the villa, but I had a very cozy and wonderful stay while I visited Bervais and Amiens."

"We can thoroughly recommend this property. This property itself wss fantastic and suited all our needs as a family. Beautiful countryside with spectacular views. "Very modern rooms. Bed was to my liking. The glass wall between bathroom and bedroom seems unnecessary but didn't deter from stay. Even with most lights on, it still felt dark. Couple of towels were missing but staff quickly brought more when I mentioned. Seeing as my room has basic kitchen it would seem appropriate to offer some basic cutlery. Had issues with grabbing shuttle from airport. Had to take taxi. Shuttle back to airport the following morning was good"
