Grosses Plus auch die geräumige Garage. Leider überhaupt nicht ansprechend sind Bad und 2 der Schlafzimmer. Schlechter Geruch und veraltete Ausstattung lassen einen das Badezimmer meiden, eher schlechte Raumatmosphäre im unteren Stockwerk. Vegetation im Garten und am Pool auch eher mittelprächtig.
