"The owner does not do a good job of maintaining this property. It is neglected for half the year so mold grows for half a year and no one cleans it. There may be a bigger mold problem than the owner realizes. When I arrived the apartment was not cleaned for the season to at least to hide the problem. I also smelled sewage in the kitchen. The mold covered a vent in the bathroom and was all over the shower. I had an allergic reaction to the mold. By the second day, my nose was running whenever I...

"We had a very pleasant and relaxing holiday. The geographical location is unique for visiting cities such as Cannes and Nice. Also Grasse is a very beautiful village with the perfume museum. We are very grateful for the friendly and very welcoming nature of the house owners. High recommended. Highly recommended."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Mehrgebäudekomplex, der umzäunt ist für alle Parteien (geschätzt ca 24 - 30) gibt es einen schönen Swimmingpool, leider ohne Liegen). In laufeitweite befinden sich Bäckereien, kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants. Auch kleine Strände sind in der Nähe. Die schöneren Sandstrände sind allerdings ca 1,5 -2 Kilometer entfernt. Diese sind aber mit dem Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen."

"My family of 6 stayed here and it worked well during our visit to the south of France. The pool was great, and usually empty, the condo was clean, and the beds comfortable. It's close to town and has a grocery story within a 5 minute drive. We stayed here and explored everywhere from Antibes to the Italian Border. Internet is included and speeds were good."
