"I travel for work and stayed at The Establishment for a week. The staff was absolutely amazing and attentive. Housekeeping was great and came every day. It looked like the pool was open but I did not have time to venture there but it was maintained very well. My only complaint was there was no ice machine that worked. The maintenance guy was above and beyond too would definitely stay again"

"Was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very nice, room was clean with a fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, iron and cold AC. Breakfast was good (sausage, eggs, biscuits/gravy, juice/coffee). Gas station and Wendy's right next door, and plenty of space to walk your dog. Room rates were excellent too "

"No frills kind of place in a quiet area. The rooms were very clean, looked to be newly remodeled. Beds were very comfortable. No coffee in room But some in office available. The free breakfast was not much but there is a Hardee’s next door. Convenient location to Mardi Gras activities. "

"The family that owns that motel are so nice and kind and wonderful and accommodating whenever I need a break from where I live I’ll get a room with a girlfriend and we’ll just have a girls night and we pick there. They’d really try to keep it safe and I recommend going there to anybody really for prices and they allow pets and they give you your pet deposit. They give you the deposit back as long as you don’t trash the room"

"This was a very inexpensive stay for me but you get what you pay for…. The parking lot is very tiny/narrow making it impossible for two cars to pass each other while coming or going. My full size pick up did not fit when backed against the fence and stuck out so I worried about it being hit. There was a VERY loud thunk-thunk of metal every few hours all night - I think it might have been the dumpster to waffled house getting used? Young men spent hours hanging out drinking beer and chit chatting...
