"The hotel itself is beautiful. From the outside to the inside, the commun area and the rooms; everything is clean with a simple and elegant vibe to it. The breakfast offered is vast and with a lot of variety, delicious as everything else in Crete. Location wise, it's central and you can walk to the port from there. There are many restaurants around the area that are pure gems. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The downsides were the unstable WiFi. We were told the bottles of water in the mini fridge were complimentary and would be replenish daily but they were not, maybe they just forgot. And the handle of the bathroom door kept falling off. All minor inconveniences that did not really affect us for the short time we stayed. Overall, recommended."

"Very clean and comfortable room. The livingroom with several seating areas and large screen tv was a big hit for us. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many Cretan savory and sweet food that we might not have had if it weren’t for this breakfast buffet. Every staff member that we met was friendly and helpful. It was a great hotel to stay in Heraklion."

"We stayed at Agapi Beach Resort from 27/10 to 03/11/24 for the third consecutive year. This place never fails to disappoint. Beautiful hotel complimented by the fantastic staff. The accommodation is lovely and cleaned thoroughly every day. The food is lovely and varied each day. As you walk around the hotel the grounds are immaculate with an array of trees, bushes, plants and flowers. Numerous pools dotted about. The beach is two minutes from the main complex. Beach towels provided every day. There are different places on the complex to eat. We can’t praise Agapi Beach Resort enough. Just something about the place that just makes us want to go back every year. Hopefully we will again in 2025. "
