"Property set in the wild life sanctuary was lovely . Standard rooms were ok needed some updating . We upgraded our room to a more comfortable space . Restauant was poor on food and service . Upon reaching the wildlife sanctuary we had to pay to get in even though hotel was booked with the reserve also was offended that i had to pay a lot more than my partner and was refered to as a forgiener adult racist to say the least"

"The property is simply fabulous. The first impression whenyou enter the property is amazing. You cross over a bridge to reach reception. Enroute there are stairs to access bird zones. Rich lush green all over, lili pods, swans, etc. We stayed with family of teens and elderly parents. We had booked huts. The rooms were very comfortable and had all facilities you would expect. "A high quality resort with great proximity to the Thekkady check post. Staff were super friendly and helpful through out, their evening programs were also great. Food, you’ll love regardless of your nationality, worth visiting again."
