"What a gem! The staff at this hotel are all amazing. Each and every one of them is confident, capable and above all polite and helpful. Nothing, it seems is too much trouble. "Literally everything was amazing and such a nice stay, beds were actually quite comfy, having the TV on the wall was nice, good storage space. Brilliant. Only bad thing was the bathroom wasn’t suuuper clean; there was blood around the sink drain and little hairs littered around. Other than that, brilliant."
