"This property is in an ok location and has clean sheets - for that we were grateful. The staff in the main building tried their utmost to be welcoming and enthusiastic. They did a very good job under the circumstances. The rest is just tragic. The unit is run down, grubby and uncomfortable. Downstairs the kitchen units are about to collapse. The sofa bed is so stained you wouldn't want anyone let alone yourself sleeping/sitting on it. The floors are sticky and furniture uncomfortable. The...

"Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "

"We stayed here as a family group of 10 incl. 3 generations. We found the house charming, and we were able to explore around Cornwall from Penzance to Tintagel from this central location. "This really is the most amazing cottage with every little need catered to. The Hosts are wonderful. Perfect location for exploring cornwall but still have your little bit of tranquility and peace away from busy towns. Everything down to towels and bedding is beautiful and top quality We will definitely return again."
