"The hotel was very central- it was excellent for walking into Leiden. There was no communal lounge facilities which was disappointing. The swimming pool had very limited opening hours from 8-9.30am. It was geared towards paying for the Wellness suite. This was a shame as it would have been enjoyable using it more often. "

"Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "Just back from a 2 night stay at the Moxy. Hotel is ideally located with tramline nearby and less then a 5 min walk from Den Haag Central train station. From the front door you are straight out onto the main shopping strip, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and insulated from outside noise. Recommend a city view room. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again, and definitely recommend it."

"The Paleis Hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generously sized with lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The only difficulty was with check in. There isn’t a regularly staffed front desk and we did not receive the email with the code to open the door to the hotel before we arrived. It was unclear how to contact hotel staff to be let in. "
