The staff, whilst not being rude at all, seemed to not simply care about providing a great service. We had an issue with smoke smell in our first room ( was supposed to be non smoking but previous guests ignored this) and the manager made it right within minutes. "This property was a good value. Clean and had a great breakfast. Good location for walking to nearby restaurants, shops, and the marina. If you are looking for a quiet place, this location is not for you. Our room window faced the street where taxis parked below, honking persisted, and shop owners talked loudly until very late which made sleeping difficult. "

"I had high hopes for this place. A great view of the Red Sea? Our room had no windows, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was no hot water in the morning. Private beach - accessable by bus 4x a day. People were super loud in the hallways until 4am. Despite having a reservation for 2 people, we were told we could only have 1 breakfast and lay for the other, but the breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. The bed was fine. There was plenty of room. Overall, very disappointed "
