"Decent location, friendly staff with great customer service! Rooms big enough but significant marks of wear through the room. I did not find the bed very comfortable but this is personal preference."

Vintry & Mercer Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

"This is a special place to stay. The staff are welcoming, friendly and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Location is great, easy to get transport around London. Rooms were luxury, some lovely complimentary touches. Restaurant and cocktail bar were excellent. Lovely views from the rooftop bar. "
