"Still under remodeling. Any time during the day you can clearly hear drills and some other construction equipment. So if you are checking in at 1400 hours after a long trip, forget about falling asleep. Room is a-ok. The couch has very questionable cleanliness and is old. So is the carpet. There is no thermostat. It just start running heater as soon as you come in. Bathroom was decent. Breakfast menu is not bad at all and you have some choices. But you have ti pay for it. Not included...

"I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

"Overall we had a good stay at Centrooms. Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby. First impressions weren't the best as it was a walk through a dark back yard to get to our block and the entrance/stairwell are very old. "LOVED IT!!! It’s an apartment that was turned into a 3 hotel rooms space. I got a nice clean room with a huge bed and a jacuzzi bathtub:)) I had to postpone my Kiev time and get into that jacuzzi first thing hehe Great staff, they welcomed me when I got there but you do have to let them know when you’re coming cuz they aren’t always there. I got the key and fobs for the building. Free water and coffee (huge plus!) and the room was clean and bright, the design was great, nothing I would change....
