"The food and service at Oliver&Bonacini was excellent. The room at Westin was beautiful, clean and cozy. I enjoyed the fireplace and balcony. I have noticed an upgrade in the bathroom - beautiful modern shower. Reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. The drawback was that we got an email from the house 1 week prior to our trip that said linens were not included and would be provided for an additional fee. This was not posted anywhere in their Hotels.com advertisement so it came as a surprise.
