"The staff at this hotel were very kind and attentive. The town that the hotel is located in is very rundown, did not even have a café except for McDonald’s, and was very limited for shopping and restaurants. Obviously this is more to do with the area than the hotel itself. It’s a very old property but they have done their best to spruce it up but it definitely has not been renovated"

"This is a gem in the Berkshires! It is quaint yet cool. We stayed in winter, so nearby attractions were limited for non-skiers but I'd go again for the heated pool, pub, great rooms and wonderful staff!"

"We had a great time at the hotel. My sons and I loved spending time in the pool and the hot tub. The bedroom was spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was ample and clean."

"Our one night at The Constance recently (February 2025), was fantastic! The inn is warm and welcoming, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with lots of vintage charm and all the comfy, modern conveniences one would expect. We absolutely loved it! "This is my second time staying and I love the attention to detail. However I happened to be there on a Saturday in room 202 and I could hear the dj music in my room till 1 am. This seems like it will be a regular Saturday night thing in the dining room. I would inquire about the quietness of your room if you stay on a Saturday. Other than that no complaints "

"The facility had a nice, good size area with tables for eating...whether some brought their own food or for the breakfast in morning. A nice large screen TV in entry vestibule...yet limited to a couch for 3 and a table for 4, yet a room off to side could also see if people want watch party. The staff very courteous and friendly, however there seemed to be many young children, 6-12, and several loud guests on my floor (tv was very loud---rooms not sound-proof). Overall though...look...
