"Some aspects were great, some not. The hotel restruant is an Indian cuisine which we do not like. The room we stayed in has wall and floor structural problems. There was also a camera pin hole in the ceiling over the tub I stuffed a tissue into. It was noisy between 10 to 11 pm as a group of loud drunks were walking down the hall."

"I think some of the unfavorable reviews I have seen are unfair. Everything is relative and, yes, this is clearly an older property that appears to be privately owned. Notwithstanding its age and some of the dated decor and furnishing, my room was very clean (cleaner than some I have stayed in at upscale hotels). "A sweet little farm house perfect for a long weekend getaway. We love the lofty primary bed room and excellent mattress, exposed beams and well-supplied and modern kitchen. Great location between Lee and Lenox, made it easy to get all around the Berkshires. All the equipment and appliances m the house were clean and updated. "An absolutely horrible experience! My family (2 adults and my 6 year old son) had reserved this so-called hotel for $284 in June for a 13th Aug stay. After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps).
