"i went there with my family last week. I prioritised the property as per the reviews in Google and other sites about the property. I got 4.3 rating in almost every sites. But now I am thinking that if this hotel have the rating 4.3 in 5, what is the conditions of other hotels at Thanjavur. Cleanliness is very poor. "Overall, hotel amenities, service and location was good. Only one downfall, restaurant manager/supervisor who was in charge on 9Sep night (cant recall his name) passed an offensive and unacceptable remark on my way of eating thosai without realising that i’m a tamilian. I think he should just mind his own business and refrain from passing remark while customer having their meals. "

"Place needs to be mantained better. There was a black footprint on the bedsheet when we arrived and they had to be replaced. The place was not very clean. This was a non-smoking suite and we had tremendous smoke smell later in the night coming from the vents from an adjacent smoking room. We have relayed our complains to the manager but I don't think we would stay here again."
