"The staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was perfect. Very comfortable. Very quiet. The breakfast was gorgeous. The fruit juice offered on checking in was beautiful and a nice touch. The staff were there to help in any way needed. Restaurant recommendations or places to see on foot. "We chose the penthouse, because I felt like a penthouse would be good. It wasn’t. We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator. This made it impossible to stop by quickly at the hotel to get a hat or quickly change a shirt. We didn’t stay. We left the same night and went and stayed at their sister property with an elevator. "The overall experience I had at this hotel is very positive! I was first given an upgrade to a suite, which the room is very big, clean and comfortable! Their wifi is great and stable too! The breakfast was great with a great variety of selections. Most importantly, the staffs have all been friendly, helpful and very professional addressing my requests.
