"After reading guest reviews on your web site, I selected this hotel but found totally opposite. The room provided to satay me had no tube light, no telephone connection, fan worked only at 5 speed level and water coming from tap was reddish and dirty. "I have stayed at Jay Suites on two occasions and will definitely stay again if I return to Kathmandu. The owner and all staff were excellent, everything worked, and it was decent value for the money. You might find a room for a bit cheaper but will there be hot water, working AC, eorking remote control, elevator, in-room fridge, free water, good breakfast, etc? You get that and more at Jay Suites."
