"먼저 호텔은 아니고 에어비엔비 숙소를 호텔스닷컴에 등록했다고 보는게 좋을것 같습니다. 룸은 거실겸주방이 있고 여기에 2인용 쇼파와 2인용 식탁이 있고 공용욕실이 있습니다. 안방에는 퀸사이즈침대, 옷장과 함께 별도의 욕실이 있고 작은방에는 싱글사이즈 침대와 옷장만 있습니다. 3인가족은 넉넉하게, 어린아이가 있는 4인가족까지는 지낼만 할것같네요. 청소상태가 좀 좋지는 않았는데.. 이점은 콘도가 노후화 되어서 인것 같습니다. 하지만 수영장, 휘트니스센터 등 공용시설과 관광지들과의 거리등 여행적인 요소는 매우 만족했습니다. 추천합니다. "

"Apartment style with hotel style ammenities. The owners are very nice and accomidating with recommendations for the area. Great communication. Located a short walkable distance outside the old city walls offering a quieter more local experience. Has a big gate that locks at night (10 I believe) giving added security. Very clean and well maintained. Room serviced daily. There is a nice bakery pretty close by. Recommend 10/10. Stayed 5 nights but would stay longer."

"Extremely spacious, very private, secure. The manager, Nan, couldn't have been more helpful. She was lovely. Our critiques would be that the bed is quite hard, the internet connection is very poor, the lounge upholstery seriously needs re-covering, and there needs to be shade cover outside by the pool."

"The condo was amazing! Nice living room, TV included Netflix! fully functional kitchen, also a washer for cleaning clothes. The building was beautiful and very secure. Rooftop pool was over the top incredible! Hosts were perfect! Only down side was there were not a lot of dining options within walking distance. We went to Old Town for most of our meals. (about 1 mile away). Walkable, but we also got tired of walking, so took Grab a lot (about $3). I would definitely stay here again! "

"We had such a good time while visiting Chiang Mai. This is more of a condo then hotel & it was wonderful. The location was a quick ride from the airport. It is located in a quieter part of town but not to far from the action. The room was perfect for our family and well stocked with everything we needed. Haoxin Bai was very helpful & responded quickly to my messages. We would definitely stay her again & would recommend it."

"Even though it was pretty cheap it still disappointed us. Well past its use by and dirty, bath and bathroom in general were dirty, floor had been swept but made our feet very dirty cinsidering that we are expected to remove our shoes. Would have been lovely once but not so anymore."

"Amazing property! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Very close to the old city, right next to a 7-11 and a Starbucks. Super clean villa with exceptional service. The front staff always had a smile and were happy to help with local recommendations. The only small draw back is that our Villa faced the main road and it was noisy at night. If you are a deep sleeper you will be fine. "

"One of the better hotels I have stayed in . Absolutely amazing location with abundance of coffee shops , boutics, restaurants and even a nice jazz bar The hotel itself is beautiful. Clean with art everywhere . Staff is very welcoming , at the reception as well as at the restaurants and bars. I liked it so much that I have extended my stay by 3 more nights . "

"We stayed 5 nights. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was amazing, so very friendly. They went out of their way to get you a taxi or car. We had an early morning train to catch and they made us a box breakfast for the trip. The location was very central to everything in old town."

"Great place, great staff, excellent shower and bed. Breakfast was ok, wait for the Phad Thai. Pretty quiet. Pool was right on the street and pretty small, we didn’t use it. The location is fantastic for exploring, but difficult for car service to find, as it’s in an alley off a busy road. Best to choose a nearby landmark or business and get picked up there. I would use them again."

"Pretty property. Felt safe the entire time i was there. The breakfast and the ala carte food is great. Music during the evening to complement the dinner. The property is safe and clean. Can feel a little dated with keyed entry to rooms. A little bit of a distance from the night market but not a lot. "
