"We love the place, the service, the amenities and that is close to a subway station. The only thing I would change is the bed; could be more comfortable."

One bathroom did not flush well and smelled badly. In another bathroom, a handle fell off. The kitchen and utensils should have been cleaned again before we arrived (the kettle had mold). It was very quiet at night especially considering its proximity To the main streets which were noisy with traffic earlier in the evening. Our main criticism was the very poor condition of the window catches on most of the opening windows (handles were literally falling off) and the one sofa which was quite tatty. All in all it was a very good stay - just requires some maintenance. "

"The property doesn't look very inviting from the outside but once in the apartment was clean and warm. Getting in was a bit of a struggle as the contact number on expedia is incorrect and it was only by meeting a friendly guy who was staying in one of the other apartments did I get the correct contact number and it was plain sailung from there."

"Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the pile of trash (a couple feet high) stretching across the entire front of the building and impeding the walkway to the entrance. The floors were dirty, the beds, showers, and floors had hair and gum.
