Large group spaces in kitchen and living room with a great conservatory too. Also on direct bus route to Derby and area. Everything a large group could want. "Absolutely perfect. Instructions are very clear , place was pristine . I was surprised at the size of the property as I thought it would be smaller . Good size bedroom,kitchen, living space and even the bathrooms was good with a rainfall shower and normal wand (I’m 6ft4 so that makes a difference ) very handy and detailed handbook helping you with any questions or queries. "Beautiful Property with excellent facilities within the cottage. Great parking & access on arrival & departure. Unforunatley, the premises weren’t as Dog Friendly as first thought when booking the holiday. There was nowhere to exercise the dogs off lead, in fact there was no where on the premises dogs were allowed, apart from inside the cottage. "Very well renovated, cosy cottage with lots of nice original features. Some interesting walks from the village but other than that not much there to do. But short drives (about 30 mins) to many lovely places to visit. Great communication from owner. Upstairs bedrooms very luxurious but downstairs bedroom a bit cramped. Really lovely welcome basket.
