"Die Höhenlage des Anwesen ist gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man bergab unkompliziert mit dem Auto an der Haupt-Küstenstrasse von Moraira. Leider hat man von der Terrasse nur einen eingeschränkten seitlichen Fernblick (ohne Meerblick). Die zusätzliche Terrasse auf der Garage im Nebengebäude haben wir nicht genutzt, da dies zu umständlich war. Das Ferienhaus präsentierte sich bei Übergabe wie beschrieben. "The property was one of the best equipped holiday homes I've stayed in and if it wasn't there Maria was on hand to provide whatever might be missing (we didn't need anything). The owners live next door but are not at all intrusive. The villa was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable (I slept better than I do at home).
