"The villa is huge and was spotlessly clean on arrival. There was everything we needed for a self catering break. The pool was beautiful as were the grounds. The real stand out for us though was the view, the best of anywhere I have ever stayed. The road up to the villa was steep and narrow but there are lots of passing places and we soon got the hang of it. Communication from Roger was excellent both before and during our stay. "Nice property with the most amazing views over the Mediterranean. Functional kitchen, two bathrooms and pleasant quirky front room. The two main bedrooms are a good size with access to a lovely terrace. The outside area is the star of the show with the amazing views and a pretty garden. Marco is the most friendly and accommodating host and provided lots of information concerning the local beaches, towns and restaurants. "Two families stayed the long weekend here with 3 kids 10, 10, 8. It was beautiful and well kept, perfect little gem with a big property, covered semi heated pool and all the things you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the sun, pool, gorgeous outdoor dinners and view. Very cool indoors at night. The host was so welcoming and booked us dinner 5 min away one night. Alassio is 15 min away down the windy road so convenient enough for a beach day and shopping in town. Easy parking. Just a perfect...

"Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!"
