"Our room was newly renovated. Large bathroom. Right in the main square. A little tricky to arrive as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area but Marco at reception was super helpful. Parking is an 11 min walk from the hotel in a secured location. Staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel is very clean. There are no elevators but staff offered to assist with our bags. We gained early entry with key code and savored great hot shower and quiet comfortable bed with perfect view, to get much needed refreshing after long sleepless night flying to Milano from JFK.
